Abstract


Intellectual property right is a protection of layout & undisclosed information. It protects the owner against unauthorized copying or imitation. Intellectual property right is a strong tool against global economic crises it renew attention to the urgent need to protect innovation & the most challenging problem to generate jobs & economic growth. The paper includes the result the questionnaire – based pilot survey some back with personal interviews & secondary approachable data.
