ONLINE TEACHING AND LEARNING TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION IN POST COVID 19 PANDEMIC SITUATION – A SWOC ANALYSIS
Abstract
Abstract:- The Covid 19 Pandemic has reshaped the way of teaching and learning in education system worldwide. E-learning tools and resources are being used by several educational institutions during the pandemic. Now it's necessary to carry out a SWOC- strength, weakness, opportunity and upcoming challenges- ANALYSIS of online teaching and learning technologies in post covid-19 situation and its importance in education. The final result consists of the synthesis of weaknesses and challenges as a basis of reflection and reporting for the administrative strategic management to the problem of e-learning educational services in the perspective of their optimization and suggestions and recommendations made for cracking opportunities to set new goals and objectives and move forward effectively for the betterment of the education industry through literature review analysis.
