THE CHANGING PERSPECTIVES OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN EDUCATION SECTOR POST COVID-19
Abstract
Abstract - The study focused on the changing perspectives of culture in educational Institutions in Post COVID-19. Due to this pandemic, approach towards dimensions of culture has been changed from brick & Mortar to digital culture. To keep social distancing is an essential for faculty and as well as for the students so there is a need to focus on digital teaching-learning process and at the same time to keep reviving the culture in terms of openness, trust, team work, innovation in ideas etc. As we understood that the healthy culture rests on eight pillars that is OCTAPACE (Openness, Confrontation, Trust, Autonomy, Collaboration, Authentication, Proactive and Experimentation) and at least we can maintain such dimensions at virtual world also. In this study four dimensions have been studies i. e. Trust, Openness, Collaboration & Experimentation. For this study total 85 faculty members were chosen from selected five Educational Institutions and though the self-constructed questionnaire they were asked about their perception towards the four dimensions whether these can be followed through mediated technology by keeping social distancing. The result indicated that respondents were agreed on such dimensions that would be followed while virtual work from home. The findings indicated that they are able to keep harmony among themselves and also to control the students virtually.
