Abstract


Abstract:- Today consumers are moving very fast from one store to another on service and complete solution provision dimension. They are not loyal to a specific store because of many reasons like huge availability of options. Seeking these types of problems, it becomes important to have an integrated consumer relationship management strategy across the whole organization for generating higher consumer life time value. Without this awareness and constant attention to varying consumer needs a product and service provider cannot be competitive in today’s world. Integration of process, people, technology and information will offer a greater value to the consumer. Market comes to the virtual mode from physical mode even though they are not fully satisfied. Actually, more study is needed to explore domain of their behaviour. This research will help to know customer behaviour of female especially about online and offline market. It will indicate the satisfaction level of female customer in both the shopping modes (online shopping and shopping at mall. With the help of this research owner of the retail store and owner of the online store will able to understand that what kind of changes they have to take in their organization to satisfy their female customer.
