MOTHERHOOD PROGRAMME IS THE KEY OF WOMEN EDUCATION AND SUCCESS
Abstract
Women represent one half of the nation’s population and one third of the total work is performed by women only. Gender inequality is prevailing continuously in all sectors of Indian economy. A key role for higher education should be to graduate future mother, who think globally, have international experience, demonstrate foreign language competence and are able to incorporate a global dimension into their motherhood. It is the age of globalization. It indicates interconnectivity of technologies. Future mothers should develop global consciousness and global concern with special emphasis on development of communication and information skills.
