WOMEN EMPOWERMENT THROUGH EDUCATION
Abstract
Abstract:- In Swami Vivekananda’s words- “Countries and Nations which do not respect women have never become great nor will ever be in future.†Empowerment comprises the action of mounting the status of women through education. Education is the vital factor for women empowerment, wealth, growth and wellbeing. Education helps a person to realize that he/she is the important part to the society; it also ensures the occupational achievement, self-reliance, awareness and satisfaction among men and women both. Gender discrimination is well known problem of any society. In order to compete in contradiction of the socially made gender biases, women have to plunge against the structured system that needs more strength. Such strength comes from the progression of enablement and empowerment will definitely come from the education. This research article aim to understand and create the awareness among the women about different empowerment and recognizing the influence of education in women empowerment. Findings of the study shows that education plays a substantial role in women empowerment. If women's empowerment is to be achieved, it can be maintained only through the education.
