ROLE OF GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS (GOS) IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BACKWARD CLASS PEOPLE

Abstract


Abstract:- This paper is based on the Role of Governmental organizations in improving the socio-economic and educational status of Scheduled Castes (SCs) and the Scheduled Tribes (STs) of Bandipora District of north Kashmir and Dindori District of Madhya Pradesh (MP). The prime objective of the study is to enhance thesocio-economic and educational status of Scheduled Castes (SCs) and the Scheduled Tribes (STs).

The study will focus on the efforts of Governmental organizations in providing an environment for socio-economic upliftment and overall development of the backward class people. Any other innovative activity having direct impact on the socio-economic and educational development or livelihood generation of backward classes may also be considered through Governmental efforts.
