A STUDY ABOUT WORK PLACE STRESS ANDIMPORTANCE OF FAMILY SUPPORT OF WORKING WOMEN IN PRIVATE BANKING SECTOR IN NORTHERN INDIA

Abstract


 In India, women hold respectable place in society, home and their work place also. Earlier, women were playing their role as house wife to take care of kids and to fulfil the responsibilities related to house hold work. But now a day’s women are giving good support to their family to rise up family status in society. In current scenario of India, women are doing very well in almost every field but due to the pressure to fulfil the responsibilities, women are suffering from a lot of stress. In this paper researcher will focus on the effects of work-related stress on working women at private banking sector, and how the higher level of stress is creating problem to manage personal and professional life of working women at private Banking sector& how family supports are playing important role to reduce stress.
